Lending regulations

The lease agreement („agreement“) exactly defines the lease of the sport equipment and contains the list of the lease equipment („equipment“), the total price of the rent („rent“) and the lease term which is assigned with the lease date and return date.

  • The equipment reservation is performed only personally on the lessor´s business places or on the reservation system on www.skirent-rokytnice.cz.
  • The rent is payable on the reservation day and the tenant is obliged to all obligations resulting from this lending regulations.
  • The tenant in the agreement confirms the equipment takeover with his signature.
  • The lessor is not responsible for the damage to the lease equipment, the tenant´s property and the movable and immovable objects of other people. The lessor is not responsible for the tenant´s healthy or other people´s healthy during the lease time.
  • Skiing, cross country skiing and snowboard equipment is not within the bounds of the agreement insured against the unintentional damage, destruction or stolen by the third parties.
  • The tenant pays the net book value in full which will be submitted by the lessor if it comes to lose or steal the equipment.
  • The tenant does not have the claim to returning of the unused part of the rental charge when the equipment is collected after the day of the borrowing.
  • The tenant does not have the claim to returning of the unused part of the rental charge when the equipment is returned prematurely.
  • It is necessary to return the equipment cleaned from the gross dirt. Otherwise the tenant will pay the charge according to the valid price list.
  • The tenant will pay the charge in amounting to daily rent of the lease equipment for each day commenced according to the valid price list when the equipment is returned after the returning date.
  • The lessor reserves the right for the changes in this lending regulations.
